the temple is a hand-coded website that encapsulates thoughts and findings from a research period spent looking at reframing abortion as a rite of passage and imagining how that might impact reproductive rights [ https://g-g-c-h.github.io/abortion-as-a-rite-of-passage/ ].

this work was produced during a three-month research program (may–july 2021) with the university of the underground. during the program, the cohort conducted an investigation into belief systems and religion. as part of the practice-based residency, all researchers unravelled the relationships between religions and nation-states, belief systems and economics, through a series of experiences and creative interventions involving political theory and practice.
